Orion Placement is a technology-driven boutique recruiting firm headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It was founded in 2022 by Justin Sofman and Jon Missirlian.
Justin Sofman
Co-founder
Justin spent several years consulting enterprise clients at a large tech recruiting firm before co-founding Orion Placement. He takes a consultative approach with clients and his recruiting team.
Jon Missirlian
Co-founder
Jon focuses on candidate sourcing and interviewing, and on building strong relationships with senior leaders to understand their needs and goals.
